Pennell Hart is working with a Sovereign Wealth Fund based in Abu Dhabi who are looking for a Corporate / M&A Lawyer to join their reputable and expanding team.

This position will provide you with one of the most prestigious in-house career opportunities available in the Middle East at present. Offering a fast paced, dynamic work environment where you will be involved in complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as portfolio management. The role will sit at the corporate level within a team of blue-chip lawyers with experience in M&A, Funds and Banking working across a diverse portfolio.

The selected candidate must have qualified and worked within a leading international law firm and have between 3 - 6 years’ PQE (UK equivalent) with experience of working on cross border M&A transactions. Although preferred candidates will already be based in the UAE, our client is open to overseas candidates that are keen to commit to the region and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
