We are currently working with a significant Abu Dhabi headquartered organization which is currently in the process of scaling up their legal function.
The Position:
Reflecting the dynamic and evolving nature of the organization this role necessitates a solution focused attitude and the ability to work confidently with executive stakeholders, subsidiaries and various business units / departments on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for negotiating, reviewing, and drafting a wide range of commercial documents, which could include financing documents, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, leases, IT / IP license agreements etc. This is a varied role, and applicants must be able to demonstrate their willingness to take on different projects.
Vitally, this role requires grounded, sensible individuals who are able to operate with confidence and a sense of humour in what is a very fast paced environment. This role will not only allow you to work on a variety of interesting contracts but offers a great opportunity for those looking to take a step up and deal with more complex work.

The successful candidate will have started their career and spent at least 3 years with a well-known international (UK, US/Australasian) law firm, additional in-house experience will be well regarded but is not essential. UAE experience is preferred but overseas candidates will be considered providing they meet the criteria.
