Victoria Pennington studied law and since the mid 90s has worked in Executive Search and recruitment in London, Sydney and Dubai. For the past 13 years, Victoria has been based in the UAE where she has built a reputation as one of the region’s leading legal recruitment consultants.
Claire Walters has over 20 years’ legal recruitment experience working for leading international legal recruitment consultancies in London, Sydney and Dubai. Prior to joining Pennell Hart in 2015, Claire was the Regional Resourcing Manager and Partnership Recruitment Manager for Clyde & Co in the MENA region.
Robert Webb started his recruitment career in 2012 and has over 13 years of experience specialising in legal recruitment. He has worked with leading international recruitment firms in London and, since 2013, in the UAE, focusing exclusively on the legal sector. Robert is currently an Associate Director at Pennell Hart, where he specialises in the in-house market across the UAE and the wider GCC.
Sarah O’Neill studied law and was called to the UK Bar in 2010. In 2014, Sarah began her legal recruitment career and hasn’t looked back since. She has gained UK, Asia and now UAE experience placing both legal and compliance professionals into in-house and private practice. At Pennell Hart, Sarah has a focus on placing Risk & Compliance professionals across the UAE.
Bronwyn Le Roux joined Pennell Hart in 2015 to focus on sourcing and placing qualified legal professionals into law firms and in-house legal teams across the Middle East. During this time, she has developed strong knowledge of the legal industry through her support of numerous successful searches for senior executive talent for both in-house and private practice assignments.
Katy Holditch joined Pennell Hart in 2021 as a researcher to assist the firm’s consultants with sourcing and researching legal professionals for law firms and in-house legal teams across the Middle East. She brings her experience of customer facing roles to assist in delivering client-focused, tailored results to the search process.
Nighat Ali joined Pennell Hart in 2022 to resource and place compliance professionals across the Middle East and to increase the firm’s profile through Marketing and Social Media. She brings her experience of working within different fields including legal, social media, corporate and financial services.
