Pennell Hart are a specialist legal and compliance recruitment company based in the UAE. We have been instructed by one of our key clients, a major investment house in Abu Dhabi, to appoint a Compliance Counsel join their Ethics & Compliance function.
The Compliance Counsel will report directly into the Deputy Head of Ethics and assist with the drafting and implementing of group wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws & regulations. They will also take the lead on a number of Ethics & Compliance projects, ensuring business functions are operating in adherence with ethical standards, as well as identifying and mitigating compliance and ethics risks across the group. The successful candidate will be a UAE National who can evidence at least 6 years+ “hands on” experience within an Ethics & Compliance function. Our client would also be open to those candidates coming from a local/UK/US regulator.
