Pennell Hart is currently working with several new Abu Dhabi based entities who are recruiting for a number of compliance positions. These positions are across a multitude of industries, but they are all in need of tier 1 compliance candidates who can hit the ground running and add real value to the department.
For these positions, the successful candidate will help design, manage, and support the compliance and regulatory programme across the region. You will work closely with several of the business units to monitor, track and help manage the compliance and training goals.
Some of the area’s that will be covered include: AML, anti-bribery, KYC, enhanced risk assessment and due diligence in regards to PEP, investigations, assisting with and running training programs. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, the position will be challenging and quick moving.
Does this sound like you?
The industries you have been working in could be wide ranging, but you will have at least 5 years of compliance experience, ideally within an unstructured start up environment. Excellent written and spoken English is a must. The successful candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi but our clients are open to candidates willing to relocate.
In addition to a strong compliance background, the chosen candidate will be approachable and down to earth with the ability to keep their composure in an often busy and demanding environment. You must have a dynamic and creative mentality with experience in helping set up ethics and compliance programs.
