New Brand – Familiar Faces

This month, Pennell Hart, a specialist legal executive search firm opens its first office in the UAE. Whilst Pennell Hart is a new name in legal recruitment, its Managing Director, Victoria Pennington, has been working in the Middle East for the last 10 years. Victoria has been responsible for some of the most high profile legal placements in the region within private practice and leading international corporations.

In addition to a team of researchers, headed up by Naomi Gregory, Victoria is joined by Claire Walters who will be taking a lead role in the business. Claire has over 17 years legal recruitment experience and has been based in the UAE for the last 7 years. More recently, Claire was the Partnership Recruitment Manager for a major international law firm.

Pennell Hart will focus on recruiting legal professionals for leading international law firms and in-house legal teams across the region.
